Shipping policy

We carefully select the most efficient shipping method to ensure your order arrives on time.

  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed.
  • Expedited Shipping: Allow 3-4 business days for delivery after your order is processed.
  • Standard Shipping: Allow 5-7 business days for delivery after your order is processed.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Customers are responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or charges associated with international shipments.

Free Shipping on U.S. Orders Over $100!
Available for continental U.S. addresses only. The order subtotal (before tax) must be $100 or more to qualify. Digital goods and gift cards do not count toward the total.

 

Damages and Issues

We do our best to protect your shipment, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@revivoplanners.com. Include a photo of the damage or error, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Items no longer in original packaging
  • Products not purchased on revivoplanners.com
  • Custom products
  • Sale and final sale items
  • Gift cards

Missing Package

If your package does not arrive within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We’ll assist in ensuring your order gets to you safely.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, you’ll need to follow up with the carrier, as these instances are not covered by insurance and cannot be resolved by us.
